Whether our customers come from right down the street or across the nation, they are just like you: they want great value for their investment.

In order to keep your prices low, we minimize overhead with a straightforward process with an emphasis on assessing and achieving your exact needs.

We begin each project with a consultation between you and one of our project managers to assess the vision you have for your website project. Based on this consultation, we write a specification document to reflect your stated goals and objectives as well as the available and appropriate technology for your project. At this point the site map and components are refined, and the content needs are outlined for the person on your team who will be providing us with your content.

Next, we begin implementing the architecture, design, and/or any installations. For projects that involve design as well as back-end functionality, our designers and back-end developers each work on parts of your project simultaneously, posting their progress for your approval at predesignated steps along the way.

The next step is to rigorously test and review the site to eliminate any bugs and to ensure maximum accessability for various browsers and browsing mechanisms, such as hand-held devices, screen-readers, and braille printers.

We finish by briefing you before launching the solution. If we have integrated new functionality into your site, such as an ecommerce application or developed a content management system for your website, we budget some time for teaching you how to use your new website solution at this step in the process.

Because of our excellent personnel resources, we're able to complete projects very quickly once they become active in our queue. In fact, our clients are sometimes unprepared for the efficiency of our process, and request extra time to gather their website content. If you're on a tight schedule, the best way to ensure that your project will be completed quickly is to prepare as much of your website content as possible before you even sign a contract.
