Genacom has multiple lead sources that are available to you during the launch phase of your business.
SiteBot(sitebot.us) is a FREE Service we send to scan websites for damaged links and HTML problems. It includes a Free Report that identifies the problems and locations.
You can work from your home or office, and on-line from our database to follow up with these leads. You choose the leads based on their interest and level of issues.

Basic Skills:
Telephone: excellent demeanor, great personality, positive attitude, confident and trustworthy tone. Able to make outbound calls, ask for the key contact person, make a 30 second prepared introduction and answer questions. While talking, enter conversation notes and content into the Genacom database. Willing to ask several questions to qualify leads into prospects. Close Sales.
Excellent relationship building skills:
Mature character, responsible follow up, fulfills commitments, can make a friend on the phone in just a few minutes. And keep the relationship going through the sales and production process.
Call & Email Screening:
Handle follow-up emails and faxes to prospects and potentially coordinate follow-up conference phone calls with Sales Manager and /or Technical Engineer while being the primary contact with the prospect.
Computer Skills:
Word Strong typing, spelling and grammar, Excel Light,
Database entry of prospect contact and qualification information
General Computer Skills:
Web site research: and identify potential clients and key contact person.
Review of incoming emails and follow up with phone calls.
Administrative Skills:
Basic organization skills highly detailed, must keep detailed records of Customer Relationship, their objectives, needs, wants, decision makers, and continue through project completion.
