Zerowater came to us in 2012 due to issues resulting in their difficulty in website operations. At the time they had a home-grown system on .NET running on windows. The site also connected to a very old fulfillment system. We not only had to learn all the code from the home-grown system but when issues would occur, we were the one that had to address it. After a year we agreed upon to redo the website using LAMP, which is Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP. This only provided ample security but also a better functioning website. We were also able to continue to use the same fulfillment system they’ve been using for years. Zerowater has seen major growth in the market for their pitchers and continue to grow today in their space.

We were hired to completely manage the website top to bottom. Some challenges Accentrate were having is just the mere difficultly it was updating it due to the lack of good WordPress development in the past. There were over 100 plugins which most weren’t being used and style issues from custom page templates that were created outside the WordPress system. We were able to clean up the site fix the customer page templates and move them into WordPress. Also added another layer of security and ease of use.
